Since 2010, Our Team Has Operated in the Real Estate Industry. Seeking out the best Real Estate Investment and Sector to Grow Wealth for Us and Our Partners.

Real Estate has many options. Few however provide the multiple benefits of Mobile Home Parks. Stability, Cash Flow, Appreciation, Barriers to Entry, Tax Efficent, and scalability. Coupled with the ability to provide American Citizens Affordable housing in both a rental and home ownership option. Thus allowing the investment to both provide great returns and a great benefit for society.

We spent years in Residential Real Estate only to conclude the asset class was not providing both the returns and the benefits we were seeking for long-term wealth accumulation and protection. We looked in many different sectors only to conclude Mobile Home and RV Parks were the only ones that meet our criteria.

We were able to take our team and our skill set and refocus it on this new asset class. While also allowing us the ability to scale it in a way that enables our Limited Partners to also benefit and add this essential Asset to their Portfolio.

We firmly believe in the power of in-person relationships and active management. There’s nothing hands-off or passive about the operations of our communities. We’re onsite at our communities monthly, engaging with new tenants, inspecting units, and meeting with vendors. Our commitment to in-person relationships extends to addressing repairs and complaints promptly. This proactive approach ensures that our communities run smoothly, fostering a sense of trust and satisfaction among our residents.

Meet The Founders.

Realovative Asset Management was founded by huband and wife team Brandin and Brittany Pettersen. Seeking an alternative way to find financial freedom for their family outside of the traditional Residential Real Estate strategies.

Bought his first Mobile Home Park in 2022, owning 3 parks currently. He has managed the turn around of all 3 parks. Handling evictions, rental turnovers, and onsite management of the Park. The park is majority Park Owned Units. As such, Brandin remotely built a team of vendors to handle the repairs and projects within the park,
He has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Saint Francis University. Brandin was a Financial Accountant at Hughes Corporation for 3 years doing Financial Reporting for the SEC Filings. Then he founded his first Real Estate Company and gained 15 years of Experience operating Real Estate Investments.

Brittany Pettersen

Entering the Mobile Home Sector she was responsible for building and running the Operational and Leasing Team for our Mobile Home & RV Park Communities. She has lead the turnaround and lease up on 3 Communities.
Brittany has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree Western Governors University as well as a Masters Degree from Western Governors University. She is a licensed Registered Nurse and works in Healthcare for over 14 years. Specializing in Hospital Administration running multiple departments related to Post Anesthesia Care.
